Dan and Brian schlepped their recording equipment all the way over to the Jim Traficant Annex of the Jimmy DiMora Center for Excellence in Podcasting: Porco Lounge & Tiki Room. We had the chance to sit down with the wonderful and amazing Matt Fish, founder and owner of Melt Bar & Grilled. The conversation was absolutely wonderful. Matt shared with us and the live audience what it was like going from 12 friends to 500 employees, from one small store to 10 or 14 stores (depending on your adherence to the metric system).
